Jaime has been an answered prayer for us! My wife and I didn’t have a good experience with an agent at a different company and when we met Jaime we knew immediately we were in good hands. We looked at many homes and were beaten out in a few different multiple offer situations but Jaime was never anything but optimistic and kept us encouraged. She negotiated on our behalf with the seller and his listing agent in the front yard of the home were we looking at and we went under contract the same day the home went on the market. We closed on that home on Tuesday, July 30th, and couldn’t be more excited. Jaime will be our first call for all of our real estate needs in the future.
