We chose Jaime because we know her and were very confident she was the best agent for us. We met w/her last year before we started renovating our 25 year old home to do repairs and bring it "up to date" and more appealing on the eyes. The advice she gave was exactly right. We did all she suggested and added more to the list. We talked with her several times about our plans to re-locate from the area and the best time to list our home. Again, her advice was spot on. Everyone she used to get the house listed and sold were great, from the photographer to roofer w/ additional repairs resulting from the inspection. Our listing looked awesome. We were under contract in less than 24 hours!! Jaime gave us sound advice during the price negotiations right through closing! She helped relieve our stress when we needed it and took a lot off our shoulders. Knowing Jaime is a plus, however, knowing her we also know she gives her all and best to all of her clients.
